• Position: Care Assistant (Home Care)
• Location: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire
• Pay: £12.71 per hour
• Mileage Allowance: 30p per mile
• Travel Time: Paid at £12.71 per hour
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Areas Covered: Market Rasen, Wragby, and surrounding communities

To apply under the Skilled Worker Visa route, applicants must:

• Be eligible for a UK Skilled Worker Visa.
• Hold a valid UK or international driving licence.
• Have access to their own vehicle.
• Already live in or around Lincolnshire with their own accommodation.
• Be able to travel to care visits within Market Rasen, Wragby, and nearby areas.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely and independently in their own homes while making a real difference to their daily lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Supporting clients with meal preparation and medication.
• Helping with light housekeeping and shopping.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Promoting independence while delivering person-centred care.

Successful applicants should be:

• Caring, compassionate, and committed to helping others.
• Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• In possession of a full driving licence and their own vehicle.

No previous care experience is required. Applicants from hospitality, retail, customer service, or other industries are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive paid training and ongoing support will be provided.
