In this full-time remote position, you will oversee staff performance, ensuring a high standard of care in mental health services. With a strong focus on team engagement and development, you'll manage critical tasks like evaluations, coaching, and performance appraisals. You’ll also collaborate closely with HR and Clinical Operations to meet key performance indicators and support the well-being of frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead performance management and coaching for frontline teams
• Review and assess skills to meet clinical standards
• Provide regular evaluations and feedback for performance
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and retention strategies
• Ensure effective communication across the team
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Bilingual in English and French
• Familiarity with mental health and crisis counseling
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment
