The Psychology-led Staff Support service in NHS Dumfries and Galloway has received additional board funding for further posts demonstrating NHSDG’s commitment to staff wellbeing. The service offers psychological therapy to the workforce across NHS and IJB and this post will be instrumental in improving the wellbeing of the workforce.
The post holder’s role will be to offer evidence-based and effective assessment, formulation and psychological therapies, with CPD time and supervision built in.
