Be Well is seeking a Community Link Worker in Hindley to support residents with their health, wellbeing, and quality of life by connecting them to local services and community supports. You will work closely with GP practices, voluntary organisations and community groups, managing your own caseload and delivering one-to-one coaching.
The role involves using coaching and motivational interviewing techniques to empower residents to become more independent and connected within their communities.
