Your role- Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests,preferences and lifestyles
- Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoyand encouraging them toexplorenew opportunities
- Work collaboratively withyour team to create a positiveandinclusive environment that shapes everyday life
- Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience
- Bring fresh ideas,creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful,socialand engaging
