What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for referrals through the front door, assessing and prioritising cases efficiently.
  • Work closely with families, providing early intervention support to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and formulate tailored support plans.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, leading by example and fostering a collaborative team environment.
