NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a motivated individual to support the delivery of health and wellbeing projects across Dumfries & Galloway. You will work with health and social care teams, communities and partner organisations to plan, deliver and evaluate initiatives that promote activity and wellbeing.
You will also provide remote project support to NHS Tayside for two days per week, contributing to system learning and collaborative work across the region.
