Registered Clinician - Disability Assessor (Hybrid, Norwich)

£40,000 + Annual Reviews

Full-Time or Part-Time | Mon-Fri Only | No Nights or Weekends

Colchester-Based | Hybrid: 2-3 Days Onsite, Rest WFH

Are you a registered healthcare professional looking to apply your clinical expertise in a structured, assessment-based role - with no shift work, treatment plans, or caseload management?

We’re recruiting NMC and HCPC-registered clinicians for a rewarding opportunity as a Disability Assessor
, supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) with Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessments (WCA).

• Conduct face-to-face functional assessments
• Review medical evidence and clinical history
• Evaluate how physical/mental health conditions affect daily living
• Produce detailed,
  evidence-based clinical reports remotely
• No diagnosis, prescribing, or direct treatment involved

Must hold valid UK registration (NMC or HCPC) as:

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
• Occupational Therapist
• Physiotherapist
• Paramedic (adult-focused)

• Minimum 12 months post-registration clinical experience
• Confident in documentation and clinical reasoning
• Comfortable working independently
• Applicants without valid UK registration cannot be considered
• No sponsorship available

• £40,000 salary + regular reviews
• Hybrid model - 2-3 days onsite, remainder home-based
• 29 days annual leave + bank holidays
• £4,850 retention bonus after 3.5 years
