Salary: £26,886 – £28,352 per annum (pro rata) / £13.75– £14.50 based on qualifications, skills and experience

• Provide home‑based respite support to individuals.
• Travel to rural areas to deliver care.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including days, evenings and weekends.

• Full training provided; must be willing to complete an SVQ in Health and Social Care while employed.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.

• 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 days with service.
• Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and sick leave.

• Access to the Carr Gomm App, including free physiotherapy, health coaching and counselling.
