In this role you will be working across East and North West Surrey Neighbourhood Mental Health teams.

You will provide highly specialist assessments and interventions for people living in care homes who present with complexity and behaviours expressing unmet needs.

You will contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and provide consultation, supervision and training to CMHT colleagues delivering psychosocial assessments and interventions for people with dementia living in care homes.
