Shaw Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support clients with mental health needs, guiding them through an employment journey from vocational profiling to job placement and beyond. The role is peripatetic, primarily in the community and clinical hubs, with minimal home working.
You will work within a community mental health or IAPT team to deliver person-centred guidance, build relationships with employers, and help clients achieve sustainable paid employment based on preferences.
