WCG Rehabilitation Service Specialist Remote

Become a Rehabilitation Service Specialist (RSS) with WCG, working from home in Atlantic Canada to serve Canadian veterans. This vital role focuses on providing comprehensive rehabilitation support tailored to individual needs.

In this permanent, full-time position, you will assess participants' rehabilitation needs and collaborate with various professionals to develop effective improvement plans.

Your role will empower veterans and their families to overcome barriers to their well-being, enhancing their quality of life through dedicated service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate participants to determine rehabilitation assessments

• Develop individualized plans in collaboration with stakeholders

• Integrate services from multiple rehabilitation professionals

• Assist participants in navigating community resources

• Identify and address barriers for optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Health Services, or related area

• A minimum of three years’ relevant rehabilitation experience

• Proven ability to work with individuals facing health issues

• Federal security clearance required

• Willingness to travel as needed
