Are you an Occupational Health Advisor looking for a varied role with a supportive and growing Occupational Health provider?
We're recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join an established team delivering high-quality Occupational Health services across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied peripatetic role, combining health surveillance, wellbeing initiatives and Occupational Health assessments across a diverse client base.
We are also keen to hear from experienced Occupational Health Nurses who are looking to progress their Occupational Health career.
The RoleThis is a peripatetic position covering client sites across the region, with a mixture of onsite and home-based working once fully trained and competent.
The successful candidate will ideally be based in Swindon or South Oxfordshire, as you'll spend two days per week providing Health Surveillance at client sites in Swindon, with the remainder of your time supporting other client locations and home-based activities.
Working across industries including manufacturing, engineering and pharmaceuticals, you'll deliver a broad range of Occupational Health services including:
Health Surveillance (including audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments, HAVS and forklift medicals)
Health screening and wellbeing assessments
Health promotion activities
Vaccinations and phlebotomy
Occupational Health assessments
Accurate clinical record keeping
Building strong relationships with clients and employees
Working independently while supported by an experienced clinical team
As your experience develops, you'll also have the opportunity to expand into wider Occupational Health activities including case management and pre-placement assessments.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, works well independently and is passionate about delivering excellent Occupational Health services.
NMC Registered Nurse
Occupational Health experience
Experience delivering Health Surveillance
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach with excellent clinical judgement
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (Regular travel forms part of this role.)
