Dorset is seeking an experienced full-time Occupational Therapist to support hospital discharges, active recovery, and reablement across Dorset. The role is based at County Hall, Dorchester, with office-based work and flexible working from home options.
You will work closely with partners across health and community services to deliver integrated care. The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy, be HCPC registered, and have at least 3 years UK post-qualification
