NHS Lothian is seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join as Band 3 Trainee Healthcare Support Workers. This role starts at Band 2 level, with educational and clinical competencies to enable you to undertake duties within Band 3 descriptors, progressing to Band 3 pay scale after training in about 9–12 months.
