Richmond Pharmacology is seeking a Patient Recruitment Associate to join its newly created team. You will manage the end-to-end registration process for newly registered participants, conduct detailed telephone registrations, and collect personal, medical and lifestyle information.
Based remotely, you will ensure data quality in the CRM, maintain GDPR compliance, and support handover to the Participant Matching Team while delivering an exceptional participant experience.
