2wish is seeking an Immediate Support Coordinator to work remotely with travel across Bristol and Gloucestershire. You will initiate immediate bereavement support for families, perform initial assessments, and coordinate emotional and practical help with hospitals and counselling teams.
The role involves managing a caseload, contacting families within 24-48 hours, and collaborating with safeguarding and multi‑agency partners. Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, £27,427 per annum.
