The Neurodiversity Centre is seeking a dedicated Companion/Facilitator to work one-on-one with an 18-year-old male with cerebral palsy and neurodiversity in Durbanville. The role blends home-based routines support with structured activities at SNAP in a farm setting, on a rotating schedule.
You will partner with the family and a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, low-stimulation guidance, encouraging independence and safe exploration while maintaining predictability and empathy.
