As a Care at Home Worker, you will operate on a rota basis between the hours of 7am and 10pm seven days a week. Your role involves dropping in on older and vulnerable adult tenants each day, providing support with daily living tasks, care needs as per individual care plans, housework tasks, meal assistance, and medication administration. You will spend time building relationships with residents, respecting how they wish to receive care, and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and dedication.

• Experience in the care sector, working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community (preferred but not essential)
• Hold an SVQ in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification; SSSC registration and advancement towards an SVQ in Health and Social Care may be required
• Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Subject to satisfactory interview, reference checks, PVG check, SSSC registration, mandatory training, and commitment to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if not already held
