NHS Scotland invites applications for an experienced Rehab Support Worker to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in Kirkcaldy. The post supports OT, PT and Nursing services to deliver rehabilitation at service users’ homes and in the community, 365 days a year from 07:45 to 22:00.
You will hold an SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with desirable experience as a support worker and a preference for work with older people.
