Salary: £40000– £43000 starting base +
up to £XXXX in guaranteed Year 1 uplifts + bonuses
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (No weekends, no night shifts, no bank holidays!)

As a Functional Assessor
, you won't be delivering hands-on care. Instead, you'll conduct consultations (face-to-face, video, or phone) to understand how long-term health conditions or disabilities affect people's day-to-day lives. You’ll use your medical knowledge to write clear, objective reports that help individuals get the support they need.

PIP Pathway
- Start: £40000
- At 6 Months (Upon Approval): £43000
(Includes £1000 6-month uplift + £2000 Face-to-Face Assessor uplift) - At 12 Months: £44000
(Additional £1000 12-month uplift)
- Start: £42000
- At 6 Months (Upon Approval): £44000
(Includes £2000 Face-to-Face Assessor uplift) - At 12 Months: £45000
(Additional £1000 12-month uplift)
- Approval Bonus: A 5% one-off bonus as soon as you're approved.
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10% extra per year (paid out at 2.5% every quarter
). - Voluntary Upskilling: Boost your base salary even further by learning new skills like Auditing (+£500
) or File Handling (+£500
). - Overtime: Earn extra money at 1.5x time-and-a-half once approved.

- Professional Registration: Active registration with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist.

At least 1 year of post-qualification experience with adult patients (ages 16–65). - Key
Skills:
Good IT skills, strong report writing, and a compassionate, listening ear. - Right to Work: Full UK Right to Work required (sponsorship is not available).
