GEL Resourcing supports an in-house client in Cumbria seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager for a full-time, permanent role.
You will split time between on-site and remote work (3 days on site, 2 days remote) with weekly case management and four days of strategic management duties.
Lead an OH and wellbeing service, manage clinical and non-clinical OH staff, maintain relationships with external providers, and drive SEQOHS progress to deliver an exceptional client service.
