Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our client's Learning Disabilities Team. You will manage a varied caseload, complete assessments, reviews and care planning, and work closely with health professionals to support safeguarding and risk management.
This is a hybrid role offering long-term contract, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to promote independence for adults with learning disabilities.
