Role Description  The Mental Health Expert / Psychologist will provide individual and group counseling, conduct psychological assessments, and develop evidence-based care plans aligned with Sadhnam’s holistic philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with wellness practitioners to integrate psychology with yoga, meditation, and other modalities. The role also involves contributing to research projects, designing psycho educational content, and participating in workshops or retreats.

This is a hybrid role based in Bhopal, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The position is full-time and requires consistent availability for client sessions and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply theory to practical, client-focused interventions.
Competence in Counseling, including individual and group work, crisis support, and ongoing therapeutic engagement.
Experience in Psychological Assessment, including the use and interpretation of standardized tools where appropriate.
Background in Medicine or close collaboration with medical professionals is beneficial for integrated care and holistic understanding of client needs.
Relevant advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related field) and applicable licenses or certifications as required by local regulations.
Familiarity or interest in traditional Indian knowledge systems such as Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and mantra-based practices, and openness to integrating them with evidence-based methods.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse populations.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Bhopal, demonstrate professional ethics, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
