The Opportunity Provider is seeking an Adult Care Trainer to mentor apprentices and shape the care sector. The role combines home-based and in-person visits, with a Monday–Friday schedule and travel within the assigned region.
Requirements include experience as a Care Manager or similar, Level 5 in Adult Care, strong tech and organisational skills, GCSE English and Maths (or willing to achieve), and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle. Salary starts at £29,000 plus tax-free bonuses.
