St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a TB outreach worker to support patients and families with complex social needs during TB treatment. You will work across hospital, clinic, home and community settings as part of the TB team.
The role involves home/homeless hostels visits, travel by public transport or own vehicle, and Monday to Friday working. You will help improve access to primary care and social support for marginalised groups.
