  • 5-North Simcoe County and surrounding areas, including Orillia, Innisfil and Barrie
  • 6-Champlain and surrounding areas, including Ottawa, Kanata, Nepean, Stittsville, Cornwall, Casselman, Hawkesbury, Long Sault
  • 7-Waterloo-Wellington and surrounding areas including Kitchener, Cambridge
  • 8-Hamilton-Niagara and surrounding areas
  • 9-London and surrounding areas
  • 10-Windsor and surrounding areas
  • 11-Greater Toronto Area

Qualifications:
  • Masters degree of Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years Experience in field work as an Occupational Therapist
  • ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required
  • Great communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate and think critically (both written and verbal skills)
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (must be in good standing)
Responsibilities:
  • Complete community assessments and implement an effective treatment plan for patients (Non MVA files)
  • Ensure that all patient’s needs are met
  • Collaborate with other team members and health care professionals when needed.
  • Documentation-charting to ensure excellent communication in a timely manner
  • Identify the need for any beneficial/assistive device for the patient – support with the coordination of the delivery and installation of these devices
