Suvera Ltd is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to remotely manage patients with long-term conditions in a Primary Care setting. You will run a home clinic, provide specialist pharmaceutical support, and collaborate with an expert care team.
The role requires an NHS background, independence as a prescriber, and strong communication and IT skills. The position is part-time (32 hours over 4 days) with a salary up to £50k DOE, until March 2027 with potential extension.
