We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Team Manager within the Technical Operations Strategic Business Unit (SBU) s is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that is working to future-proof the NHS by delivering vital digital services and supporting the transformation of healthcare through technology.

As part of the Technical SBU, your primary goal will be to support the delivery of Service Level Agreements, design and implement technical solutions, and work collaboratively with our Partners and Customers to align with clinical and IT strategies.

You’ll be supporting the Users and Devices across Kings Mill Hospital, GP practices, and Community Health services around Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. We are committed to ensuring that our customers experience minimal disruption and receive high-quality service that ensures the smooth continuation of care.
