Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Cardiac Specialist Nurse to join the Cardiac Services. The role involves home visits, community clinics and virtual clinics to support patients with Heart Failure, under supervision of senior colleagues.
You will deliver high standards of clinical care, maintain accurate records, follow NMC guidance, and contribute to education and professional development. The post is 28 hours per week with flexible hours across localities.
