North Staffordshire GP Federation is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support Meir Park and Weston Coyney Medical Practice. The role offers 15-20 hours per week with NHS AFC Band 7-8a equivalent depending on experience.
Responsibilities include medication reviews, prescribing support to GPs, and involvement in long-term condition clinics. Strong emphasis on medicines optimisation and patient safety within primary care.
