Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments efficiently and track them

• Act as liaison between clinic, pharmacy, and team

• Process and manage post-treatment paperwork and invoicing

• Provide timely responses to calls, emails, and voicemails

• Foster strong relationships with patients and caregivers

Requirements:

• High school education plus 2 years relevant experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
