Active Care Group is seeking caring staff to support a 13-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and a gastrostomy in her Preston family home. You will work mornings, afternoons and evenings, including weekends, to build a trusted care routine.
This role offers up to £13.50 per hour, with specialist training, ongoing support from a Care Manager, holiday pay and regular monthly rotas through our Active Awards programme.
