AJ Case Management is seeking an experienced case manager for Oxfordshire, London and Hampshire. The role involves offering tailored case management to clients with brain injuries, travelling to meet families and multidisciplinary teams, and delivering services remotely with flexible hours.
Essential: BABICM registered, nursing/social work/OT/Speech & Language therapy/physiotherapy qualification, and minimum 5 years of case management with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
