Position: CBI Home Health SLP in North York
Join CBI Home Health as a Speech Language Pathologist in the North York region. Make a difference in patient recovery through home-based communication and swallowing support.

This position focuses on delivering effective speech and language therapy via assessments and individualized interventions  part of a dedicated team, you’ll leverage your skills to enhance the quality of life for patients through collaborative and family-centered care approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and implement targeted SLP interventions

• Engage with an interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care

• Utilize technology to enhance service delivery and documentation

• Support post-acute recovery strategies in home settings

• Foster communication-focused care tailored to individual needs

Requirements:

• Active registration with College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario

• Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

• Experience delivering both remote and in-person therapy

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Ability to apply critical thinking in diverse situations

Deliver impactful speech language therapy and support clients in living independently at home.
