Waythrough is seeking a Community Recovery Worker to support people across Lancaster and Morecambe to achieve their life goals.
You will work with individuals to develop practical and emotional life skills to promote independence and wellbeing, while contributing to safe day-to-day running of services and participating in a collaborative team. This part-time role includes travel across locations and some remote work, with training provided.
