We are seeking a Community Care Officer (Level
2) to join our Learning Disability Team.

Currently vacancy available:

1 full-time Community Care Officer – South Learning Disability Team. Based at The Vista, Spalding.

This is a community-based role, and you will need access to a vehicle and be able to travel across the South Lincolnshire area. The team covers Sleaford, Spalding, Grantham, Stamford and Bourne.

We are a friendly, approachable, and supportive team committed to achieving the best outcomes for adults with learning disabilities across Lincolnshire. Our team culture is collaborative, reflective, and strengths based, with team champions available to offer guidance and support in specialist areas.

Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.

We recognise that working in adult social care can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. You will be supported by a compassionate and knowledgeable team, with regular opportunities for reflection, development, and professional growth.
