Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 - (rising by £1,000 at 6/12 months - Performance based)

Full Time – Hybrid - (Mon - Fri, 9-5)
Part time available (3/4 days)

Becomea Functional Assessor, supporting individuals applying for benefits doing either Work Capability Assessments (WCA) or Personal Independent Payment (PIP) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Your Role:

• Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments for capability to work and work related activities or daily living and mobility using y9our clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
• Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed

• Hybrid working
• 5% approval bonus

• 2k bonus usually within 6 months
• Monday – Friday

• Full Training Provided: 12 weeks of paid, structured training – covering assessment skills, DWP guidelines, and report writing.

• Registered
  Nurse, OT, Physio's, Pharmacist's or Paramedics
• Minimum1-year post-registration experience
  in an adult setting
• NMC/HCPC/GPHC registered
• Strong written and verbal clinical communication skills.
• Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
• Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload efficiently.
