Get Psyched is a trauma-informed and attachment-focused psychology practice dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological care to individuals and families across the lifespan. The organization believes in supporting socioemotional development, understanding relational patterns, and fostering personal growth and resilience. Beyond diagnoses of neurodevelopmental conditions like Autism and ADHD, the team emphasizes understanding each individual's emotional world and relational context. With a focus on depth, thoughtfulness, and meaningful impact, Get Psyched helps break intergenerational cycles and strengthen family relationships.
The practice balances assessments, therapeutic work, and compassionate guidance to promote long-term growth and well-being.
This role is ideal for a psychologist who:
- Loves clinical work and wants to focus primarily on assessment and intervention
- Does not want to manage marketing, business development, or administrative logistics
- Values flexibility and autonomy over their schedule
- Enjoys working collaboratively but independently
- Wants to contribute to a practice that prioritises relational and developmental understanding
- Eager to grow with in-house supervision on trauma-informed approaches and formulations
If you are someone who wants to do what you do best - thoughtful assessment, careful formulation, and meaningful clinical work - without the demands of running a practice, this may be a good fit.
