NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an assistant practitioner to join the Community Rehabilitation Teams in Kirkcaldy. The role supports Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to deliver home-based therapy and prevent hospital admissions.
The post holder will manage a caseload, assess progress, and discharge within agreed parameters, working in a multidisciplinary team and travelling across Fife as needed.
