South Gloucestershire Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker or Advanced Social Worker to join an integrated mental health team, supporting adults with serious mental health needs and their carers. The role offers hybrid working with base offices in Kingswood or Thornbury and occasional home-working.
You will assess needs, develop person-centred plans, work with partners to promote independence, and ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act and related frameworks.
