Corserv Care in Cornwall is seeking a reliable Community Services Out of Hours Officer to provide first-line support to service users and staff outside normal hours. The role is hybrid, largely home-based, and operates a predetermined rota to ensure 24/7 coverage.
You will handle calls with calm, professional guidance, escalate safeguarding concerns, record actions and support the out-of-hours manager. Experience in health or social care is desirable, and a DBS check may be required.
