Working as part of the Community Directorate Pharmacy team, you will support the work in GP practices as part of our exciting General Practice Clinical Pharmacy service.
Our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support workers take a leading role in medicines management and medication review as part of the multidisciplinary GP and CH&SC teams.
This is a chance for you to make a difference to the people of D&G and to help them live longer, healthier and happier lives by helping them to make best use of their medicines. This Cluster Lead Pharmacist role will have line management responsibility for the GPCP’s in the Cluster and hold the key role in the clinical delivery of the Pharmacy Service and Clinical Strategy in the Stewartry Cluster.
This role is a fixed term post in the Stewartry Cluster, based in Gardenhill Health Centre, until 07/04/27.
