In this critical role, you will report to the Senior Manager of National Pharmacy Operations. Your focus will be on coordinating new program implementations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams to achieve seamless and effective program launches across the national pharmacy network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent pharmacy operations in program launches nationally
• Translate designs into pharmacy workflows and procedures
• Lead readiness assessments for Patient Support Programs
• Develop standard operating procedures and training plans
• Monitor implementation risks and continuous improvements
Requirements:
• Five years of pharmacy operations experience required
• Knowledge of Patient Support Programs and pharmacy workflows
• Experience with authoring standard operating procedures
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven facilitation and communication abilities
