Remote Guidance Consultant at ComPsych

Utilize your clinical expertise as a Remote Guidance Consultant with Com Psych, supporting clients with behavioral and emotional health issues. This position allows you to work from Canada and make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

As the largest provider of EAP and managed care services, Com Psych is searching for Guidance Consultants to offer direct support for mental health, family, and wellness concerns. You will conduct clinical intakes, refer clients to resources, and ensure adherence to best practices while resolving client issues with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical intakes to address client concerns

• Maintain compliance with departmental protocols and customer requirements

• Resolve issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Educate clients about available resources and services

• Document cases accurately within the proprietary database

Requirements:

• Minimum Master's in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work

• Active listening and customer service skills

• Experience with mental health assessment and crisis stabilization

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability

• Stable work history is essential
