The Pharmacist Network is seeking a Remote Independent Prescriber Clinical Pharmacist to support primary care practices across the United Kingdom. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective medicines management and to improve patient outcomes.
The role requires 12 months’ primary care experience, GPhC registration, independent prescribing qualification, CPPE pathway completion or exemption, and familiarity with EMIS or System
