Tip Top Job is seeking a motivated Support Worker for a home-based care service in Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will join a specialist team delivering residential, respite, dementia and convalescence care with a person-centred approach.
The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent; you will provide personal care, support independence, keep accurate records and contribute to a warm, safe environment. 36 hours weekly, permanent, paid breaks, pension, training and rewards.
