Care Outlook is recruiting compassionate and dependable Care Assistants to support vulnerable and older people in their own homes across the Worthing and surrounding areas.

Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Due to current Home Office rules, applicants applying from outside the UK cannot be sponsored for this position.

However, applicants already living in the UK with valid immigration status may be considered if they meet the current requirements for transitioning to the Skilled Worker route. All candidates will undergo right-to-work and eligibility checks before an offer is confirmed.

• £14.50–£15.50 per hour
• Higher rates for weekends and Bank Holidays

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Provide personal care, including washing, toileting and dressing
• Support clients with their daily routines and personal needs
• Build positive and respectful relationships with clients
• Carry out light housekeeping duties
• Monitor clients and maintain accurate care records
• Provide compassionate support that promotes independence and dignity

You should be:

• Caring, patient, dependable and compassionate
• Sensitive to the individual needs of clients
• A confident communicator
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Available for flexible shifts, including some weekends

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential because the role involves travelling between clients’ homes.

No previous care experience is required, as successful starters receive comprehensive training.

The role serves clients across:

• Worthing, West Sussex
• Bognor Regis
• Littlehampton
• Arundel

• 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Rotational weekend shifts, arranged in advance
