Physiotherapist - Remote & In-Home Care

Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

In this role, part-time or full-time, you’ll work closely with patients to create and execute individualized care plans tailored to their unique needs. Joining a collaborative team, you will ensure a supportive environment that fosters both patient and therapist growth in community-based rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team effectively

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physiotherapy program

• Recent experience in acute or community rehabilitation is preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible, creative, and self-directed work approach

• Proficient with new computer applications
