In this role as a Guidance Consultant, you will engage with clients telephonically, conducting clinical intakes and offering referrals to appropriate mental health services. The position emphasizes compliance with service delivery protocols, alongside the critical thinking required to enhance client satisfaction and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address client concerns through clinical intakes

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance

• Quickly resolve issues with problem-solving skills

• Guide clients on services and eligibility with professionalism

• Keep comprehensive documentation of all client cases

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• Strong active listening and empathy skills

• Background in crisis stabilization and clinical assessment

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Prior experience working with clients in crisis
